He has twenty-five years of involvement in Health Care and Real Estate. Mr. Atkins will lead the Waterfall Bank Board to create a world-class customer experience
Leeor Farhadian
Director
Mr. Farhadian earned his J.D. from Harvard Law and had additional studies at MIT and Oxford. He has vast experience in investment management and law, and he has held senior roles at leading organizations including EnTrust Global and Skadden and Arps. Currently, Mr. Farhadian serves as Chief Investment Officer for a family office.
W. Jason George
Director
Mr. George spent the majority of his career working at the Financial Stability Board / Bank for International Settlements (Basel, Switzerland) developing international standards for the financial sector. Previously, he served as a resident advisor – on behalf of the International Monetary Fund and US Agency for International Development – to central banks in several countries, working with them to implement reforms to their oversight of the banking system in the wake of financial crises. Mr. George began his career with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, serving as a bank examiner, case manager and capital markets specialist.
Julian Mesa

Mr. Mesa earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Atlantic University and has an inactive CPA License. He recently retired as Executive Vice President of Iberia Bank. He has also served as an Executive Vice President for Sabadell United Bank. Mr. Mesa was the President and Head of Lending of Transatlantic Bank which merged with Sabadell.
Conor O’Dea

Mr. O’Dea is a celebrated senior executive in the financial services sector. He had a 27-year leadership track record with Butterfield Bank, culminating his executive career as Managing Director Cayman and President & Chief Operating Officer, BNTB Group. Mr. O’Dea, a chartered accountant, is currently the Chairman of Cayman Finance and a past president of both the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce and the Cayman Islands Bankers’ Association.
Charlie Robinson, Jr

Mr. Robinson earned his BSBA in Finance from the University of Florida in 1990. He currently serves as the President of Sandstone Insurance Partners, a full-service insurance brokerage operating in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. He previously worked for USI for 33 years, and has built a national reputation for delivering impactful results to his clients’ risk management needs, particularly in the hospitality, healthcare, and private equity sectors.

Mr. Bloom is CEO of DocMJ, a leading medical cannabis physician practice in the United States. He has experience in healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and strategic growth in highly regulated industries. He wrote DocMJ: The Business of Compassionate Cannabis Care, a business and leadership book focused on entrepreneurship, organizational growth, and patient-centered care. He is an attorney, admitted in Florida and New York, and previously served as General Counsel for a multi-state healthcare organization, where he advised on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, financing, risk management, contracts, regulatory compliance, and operational strategy.

Mr. Garff has more than two decades of experience as a principal of various healthcare development and investment companies. He is a private real estate lender and the Founder and President of software startup UpTakes Video LLC. He earned his MBA from WGU and his B.A. in Economics from BYU.
Fred Frank

Mr. Frank is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 35 years of experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, and healthcare management. He has served as President and CEO of Charter Healthcare Group where he has successfully led the organization’s strategic growth, operational excellence, and expansion throughout western United States. He has been recognized for his expertise in financial and operational strategy, regulatory compliance, and quality patient care.
Mr. Frank studied at the University of Southern California and earned a B.A. in Business Administration with a specialization in Gerontology.
